While every rug cleaning company will tell you that they use good equipment and work hard to provide their clients with the rug care they deserve, we would rather tell you why we started this company in the first place.
Too many people in Long Beach called around to find people to clean their rugs and found the same experience from every rug cleaning company they spoke to. Whether it was the rug cleaning estimate that was rushed to get from the individual who answered the phone, the lack of knowledge about the rug that was presented to the client, or the results that they saw following the rug cleaning process, people wanted something different.
RugVibe Experts wanted to start a rug cleaning company with a different idea altogether, treating every rug as if it were the only rug that mattered that day.
Over the years, we’ve proudly served a diverse clientele, including homeowners, businesses, and art collectors, ensuring each rug receives the meticulous care it deserves.
Living near the beach in Long Beach, the sand somehow finds its way into everything. My area rug had started to wear down from the daily use. They cleaned my rug professionally and the results were noticeable. The colors are brighter and the rug feels much cleaner.

What Drives the Work We Do
Many people see rugs as a way to beautify their homes and to provide comfort to the individuals who live within those spaces. For some, rugs may be used as a place to entertain guests, while others may use their rugs as a place where their children and pets lie down and nap throughout the day. Thus, rugs receive a great deal of care from the individuals in those houses every single day.
That is why RugVibe Experts take a special approach to every rug we clean, because this rug is the only rug we are focused upon today. We do not want to rush the process to get to the next rug or the next client.
How RugVibe Experts Approach Every Rug
Our approach to every rug begins with a close examination of the rug itself. Whether the rug is an area rug or an oriental rug with delicate natural dyes, we examine the rug to determine the best method of caring for it. A synthetic rug with a pet stain comes with a different approach than a hand-knotted wool rug with embedded dust over the years.
RugVibe Experts use methods and products specific to that rug instead of applying the same method and product to every rug that comes into the shop. In cases when rugs may react differently to rug cleaning products, we test the product on inconspicuous areas of the rug first. Furthermore, we will tell a client if we determine that a stain may not come out entirely due to how old the rug is or how deeply the color has stained into the fiber of the rug. Once we begin to clean the rug, we continue to examine the rug to ensure it is being cleaned properly.
